Spring Session 2

May 9th – June 27th
(No class the week of 6/20)

HDP 1

GOAL:
Review power skating, develop forward edge control, develop backward stopping skills, develop backward turning skills, & further develop stick handling and further integrate with skating.

HDP 2

GOAL:
Develop explosive skating, develop backward edge control, develop backward to forward
turning skills, & further develop stick handling and further integrate with skating.

HDP 3

GOAL:
Further develop explosive skating stride, develop advanced edge control and skating agility, & develop advanced stick handling skills and maneuvering.

Pricing

$140 for 7 week session

    • *Price includes a 60 minute class with a Bremerton Ice Center coach.
    • *Participants must be registered the day prior to the start of the first class.
    • *No same day registrations will be allowed.
    • *HDP requires full player gear and prior to participating, must either 1) Pass Learn to Skate Level 2, 2) Have prior Ice Hockey experience, or 3) Be approved by the Bremerton Ice Center’s Hockey Director.
    • *Jr. Warriors Hockey Development Program is not only for the beginning hockey player who wants to learn the basics of game play, but it is also for the player who wants to hone in on their abilities without having to pay the price of a private skating coach.

Class Dates

Saturday Classes:
May 14th & May 21st, 1:00-2:00pm
Then class moves to Monday:
May 23rd, May 30th, June 6th, June 13th & June 27th, 5:45-6:45pm

Credit & Refund Policy

  • Payment for a session is due prior to the first class in the session.
  • Bremerton Ice Center does not offer credits, refunds or carryovers for no-shows, cancellations or missed classes within a session.
  • If classes are canceled by the Bremerton Ice Center, participants will be offered a make up for each session missed. If for some reason the Bremerton Ice Center is unable to make up missed classes, a pro-rated account credit for the missed classes will be placed on the skaters account to be used for any BIC programs offered.
  •  If a full or partial program is canceled by the Bremerton Ice Center, participants will be offered a full refund or account credit for the remaining dates in the session.
  • ​Cancellations prior to a session starting are 100% refundable if more than 5 days in advance. Cancellations prior to a session starting are 50% refundable between 4 days and 24 hours in advance of the session starting.
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of a session starting, or during a session will not be refunded with the exception of a session ending injury/illness with a physician’s note. (Credits for classes missed due to session ending injury/illness will be issued as a credit on the skater’s account which can be used for any BIC programs offered).
